Giveaway Day!

GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED. Thanks to all who entered!

Happy Sew Mama Sew Giveaway Day! I'm excited to join in, because this is also my first giveaway since I started the blog!

I'm giving away not one, but two things. First up:

A green batik Winding Ways wallhanging! It measures at 30" x 30". I loved making this, but tucked it away right after I finished it, because we just don't have a spot for it in our home. I'm hoping someone else does!

Second:

The Winding Ways quilt book and template set. Want to make your own Winding Ways quilt? One of the coolest things about learning to make this is that you'll learn how to piece curves really easily. Two pins is all it takes! While it's a very traditional pattern, I can totally see making this into something modern.

You can win two ways-- first, leave a comment on this post and say which prize you'd like (quilt or book and templates). Get an additional entry by following my blog! Don't forget to include your email in your comment! International entries are totally welcome, and I'll keep comments open through May 20th.

I'm also going to become a follower of your blog based on how much I love the colors in that quilt (and the one in the picture at the top of the blog).

Sally said...

Wow - how to decide... but I think the deal was clinched when I read "a practically pinless approach" as the bi-line to the book. Now that is a kind of sewing I need to know more about!!!
Thanks so much for the very generous giveaway and the chance to win.

My goodness you have given me a hard choice! I love the quilt and the colors and everything about it! But I really think this pattern is one that my husband would like, so I could use the book and templates to make one big enough for our bed. I think that would have to be my choice, the book. Thanks for the great giveaway!
