Saturday Sewing-- Divided Basket

Have you seen the latest pattern out from Anna of Noodlehead? The Divided Basket Pattern is pretty genius. I finally carved out some time this morning to give it a try.

Definitely use fusible fleece for the exterior like Anna suggests, even if you are using home dec weight fabrics. I didn't use it at first. But then I had a bit of a screw up with my measurements where I needed to take apart the exterior pieces and cut them down, so I added it then. It makes the basket so much more substantial.

Perfect for diapers, but I'm thinking I'll make a couple more for toys and sewing goodies. It will be fun to pick out more fabric combinations!

You can buy the pattern from Anna here.
