full days

Remember how last post I said I'd be sharing a tutorial for those hot air balloon ornaments? Well, it's still in the works. I forgot how long it takes to photograph everything, and with the short days here it sure is hard to fit things in our window of daylight. So thank you for being patient.

Slowest tutorial writer EVER

Once again, I've forgotten how full these short days can be. But they're full of good. Kids are skiing and painting and growing and getting psyched about Christmas. I'm in my normal state of feeling overwhelmed by everything I want and need to do over the next couple of weeks. I'm crossing my fingers that I can be 99% done with shopping by the end of the weekend. I'm also making plans with new fabric and plotting how I can actually act out those plans ASAP. The usual.

Oh yeah! Super awesome http://www.flickr.com/photos/spottedstonestudio/8250198739/in/photostream/mail day! Thanks @acraftyfox_amanda for the architextures! @poppyprint I managed to find the feathers

Envious of those Architextures stacks and your snow. Your wee one looks just the size of mine (July 10), and mine loves his thumb about that much.

Your kids are SO CUTE!!! Wow, didn't take you long to scrounge up some feather fabric, did it. Glad you were able to find some...I might have too :)
