do. Good Stitches
I finished the last bit of binding for my do. Good Stitches charity quilt this morning, and was so excited to finally pull it out of the dryer all warm and crinkly a bit ago. I've talked about this project a couple of times before, but I'll say it again-- it's been a real treat being a part of this group. Rachel has gathered an amazing group of quilters to put together these quilts every month, and the women in my group really gave me great blocks to work with. I backed it with a blue, green, and brown plaid flannel sheet from Target and bound it with a simple cornflower blue solid that seems to match every single block.
The quilt will be sent off to the charity Threading Hope tomorrow, and will hopefully reach a child in need of some comfort very soon.

I love the Target flannel sheet concept. Hmm... gotta remember that one! I'm really into flannel backings right now.
Krista thank you for all of your hard work putting this quilt together. It is fantastic! I love how it turned out. I might steal your flannel sheet idea.
